Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We want your shopping experience to be simple and transparent.

Subscription or Recurring Orders
If you purchase a subscription or recurring product option, you may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at youraqueliadesign@gmail.com or manage your subscription through your customer account (if available).

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be canceled before the product has been shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, standard return policies apply.

One-Time Purchases
Orders for one-time purchases may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds After Cancellation
If a cancellation is approved before processing or billing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10 business days].
