The name "crystal" comes from the Greek word krystallos - ice. The ancient Egyptians believed that the rock crystal brings its owner love, joy of life, good luck, peace and prosperity. It is believed that the crystal, placed under the pillow, saves a person from nightmares, relieves insomnia and unreasonable fears. If placed in the workplace the crystal becomes a filter against negativity, and if you place a piece of crystal in your home it prevents anger and envy from entering. It is believed to stimulate the immune system and circulatory system, improve energy flow and balance the body. It is supposed to be useful in treating migraine headaches, vertigo, in stabilizing dizziness.
